Signature Inn San Jose

Convenient location, it was very close to flight path of airport, San Jose, the theatre. Furthermore, very close to the event we are attending. We booked deluxe king room and could use wake-up service, available in it.

The hotel with newly remodelled rooms, in a nice area, near downtown.

Wi-Fi was rather slow.

The room was clean and set up good. Friendly staff.

Recycle your towels. They won't replace them. Red Light District. Was concerned for my wife and Granddaughter's safety while I was gone. Plenty of coffee in office, but limited in room to only first day.

Rated as 3 Stars but only one max 2.mentioned it is renevoated at booking but it is not . Every thing is outdated , very old 80tv with only ten channels ,broken walls and dirty curtains , air condition very old and noisy , it was so hot all night

The Deluxe King Room was spacious and featured a clean bathroom. The mini fridge was a nice touch to keep snacks handy. I did notice the refrigerator was noisy and the bathroom had some hair and stains .

My booking on Booked.net did not get to Hotel Elan reservation system. I had to call Hotel Elan to make the reservation.

It was very convenient to where I was going, Staff was very friendly. The rooms were dark so I made it easy to slept. Not a lot of traffic going through it because it was gated, so felt much safer

We liked that it was quite,there wasn't a lot of traffic around the complex.

What we didn't like about our stay was the room we had a jacuzzi in the room and as the instructions said do the Jets didn't work. Other than that the stay was good.

The hotel's décor was inviting and modern. The accessibility features made it easier for me to navigate, especially with my walking aid. I appreciated the thoughtful layout and care .

More grab bars in bathrooms, please.

Run down area, poor facilities, very limited breakfast buffet

First room we checked into smelled like an ashtray. We asked to be moved. The second room the wallpaper was peeling, no smoke alarm, chipped tiles in the bathroom, lumpy bed. Our room was also on the street, so the sirens and traffic was extremely loud late at night and in the morning.

wonderful parks and diverse museums within walking distance

I appreciated being so close to the Kelley Park and the San Jose Museum of Art, made my city strolls really enjoyable and convenient, giving me plenty of opportunities to soak in local culture and nature.
